Having just achieved the deserved accolade of been one of the top 50 places to eat in the Irish times guide of the same name, the duo behind the cruibin/silk purse in Cork now bring in guest chefs for one night only. I like the idea, a little bit reminiscent of visiting Club DJs or musicians. The Catalan chef has explained what patrons can expect in these two videos .
